The buttonhole motif in the white version is a little more difficult. Both stitches are demonstrated in class and the student can pick either version regardless of color choice. Other stitches in Sage are cable, satin, and eyelets. Sage is worked on 28-count linen with two sizes of pearl cotton. see less
