Seminar Special Events

The Much Ado About Stitching Executive Committee is planning special programs during Seminar 2026 (July 24-29). Details will be provided as plans are finalized.
  1. GPR Member Needlework Exhibit will be open to the public at Seminar Central. Full details are linked below.
  2. Merchandise Night will take place Saturday evening and is open to all seminar attendees. Contact Carla Morey, Merchandise Night Coordinator, if you or your chapter would like to reserve a sales table.
  3. Stitch Bingo will take place Sunday evening and is open to all seminar attendees.

Stitch Bingo

GPR Seminar 2026 Special Event Reprise: Stitch Bingo

Sunday evening from 7:00-9:00

Come join us for a reprise of a fun evening of bingo and prizes. The catch is you create your own embroidered bingo board! We have chosen 50 different stitches for you to choose from and each has multiple variations so let your imagination take flight! You can do a board of simple stitches – just 5 complete examples of the chosen stitch per square. You can do a board with a simple pattern in each block, with or without name of stitch.

Be sure to create a “road map” on a sheet of paper that identifies the stitches you used and in which square. This will help you identify your stitches quickly during the game.

Yes – there will be prizes

* Be sure to sign up during registration for this special event! It is free, but we need to know how many to plan seating *

Merchandise Night

GPR Seminar 2026 Special Event: Merchandise Night

Saturday evening from 6:30 to 8:30 pm in the Aquarius Ballroom

Merchandise Night is an opportunity for teachers, artists, craftspeople and region chapters to buy a table space to display items for sale. It will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2026 from 6:30-8:30 pm in the Aquarius Ballroom, making it easy for seminar attendees and members of the public to enjoy the benefits of Merchandise Night.
